Reading Roundup Wrapup: April 2016

Pick of the Month: The Mighty Thor, Vol. 2 by Walter Simonson. Is it sacrilege to select a 1980s volume of Thor over the triumphant return of Neil Gaiman to The Sandman? If so, I commit it: Overture was of course very good and a great use of the medium, but Simonson's Thor is everything a man could want out of a comic about space gods fighting evil from beyond reality.

All books read:
1. The Transformers Classics, Vol. 3 by Bob Budiansky with Steve Parkhouse
2. House of Secrets Omnibus by Steven T. Seagle
3. The Sandman: Overture: The Deluxe Edition by Neil Gaiman
4. Dead Boy Detectives, Volume 1: Schoolboy Terrors by Toby Litt with Mark Buckingham
5. Adam Strange: The Man of Two Worlds by Richard Bruning

7. A Naturalist Buys an Old Farm by Edwin Way Teale
8. Lemistry: A Celebration of the Work of Stanisław Lem edited by Ra Page & Magda Raczyńska
9. Dead Boy Detectives, Volume 2: Ghost Snow by Toby Litt with Mark Buckingham
